Residential Construction Leader Laurence Grigorov

Laurence Grigorov serves as the director of a residential property development and construction company in Johannesburg. Since joining the company in 2004, Laurence Grigorov has successfully managed numerous high-end luxury residential developments throughout the city’s northern suburbs, including dozens of high-end apartments at Dunkeld West and luxury units in Bryanston.

In addition, Laurence Grigorov has guided the company through the construction of an approximately 18,300-square-foot mansion in Hyde Park. He drives all business activities, including land acquisition, zoning rights, financing, marketing, and project management. A few of his past positions include director of PPR Performance Filters, an aftermarket auto parts business, and director of a hydraulic press manufacturing and engineering company. He began his career as an engineer at Unilever in 1997.

Academically, Laurence Grigorov graduated with distinction from Sandown High School and earned automatic entrance to the Wits University mechanical engineering program. He earned further distinction for his work in fluid mechanics and design. He continued his education at Wits Business School, graduating with a degree in business management.
